What We Do

InsureCancer specialises in providing travel insurance to those with advanced cancer and we routinely provide cover for those with active, metastatic, relapsed or terminal cancer. We are also able to provide travel insurance to patients participating in cancer drug trials. Our sole purpose is providing specialist cover to those affected by cancer. Our policies are therefore specially designed for those living with cancer and provide full cover for the cancer diagnosis.

Each case is individually underwritten and with specialist knowledge of the treatment and management of cancer, we are ready to consider individuals undergoing treatment such as chemo or radiotherapy. A key requirement is that holiday makers should be clinically stable and be travelling with the consent of their attending specialist Consultant.

InsureCancer travel insurance policies are arranged by Medi TravelCover Ltd which is regulated and authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority. Our registration number is 301488 and our details can be reviewed on the FCA Register.

We work with UK charities and medical centers, focusing on children's needs, especially through the Kids Cancer Charity. Our close collaboration aids families affected by childhood cancer, and we encourage customer donations, to help make a difference in the lives of children affected by cancer.

Yes, we can. As every case is individually underwritten, we can take into account your treatment protocol.

Do you use screening?

No, we do not use automated ‘tick box’ screening. In every case, we will contact your Consultant and individually underwrite your application based on clinical information we receive.
