Diagnosed metastatic colon cancer with nodal involvement. Right hemicolectomy, followed by chemotherapy. Relapse, lung and peritoneal involvement, Lonsurf and bevacizumab ongoing. Mediterranean cruise for 15 days.

Codeine, Oramorph & Zopiclone ongoing. Note: also diagnosed ulcerative colitis, T2 diabetes and COPD. Travelling to Greece for 10 days.

Diagnosed metastatic prostate cancer, prostatectomy, neo adjuvant hormones and radical radiotherapy. Relapse, nodal and lung involvement. Apalutamide and Prostap ongoing. Note: Basal cell carcinoma, Glaucoma, TIA, Asthma, and basal cell carcinoma. Atorvastatin, Clopidogrel, Latanoprost, Brinzolamide, Clenil Modulite, Mometasone ongoing.
